“KOCHARYAN BETRAYED SEFILYAN”
Support A1+!“ "The Republican Party of Armenia" does not have any challenges in the upcoming presidential elections, the party does not have a rival”, said Nikol Pushinyan , head of a political initiative, convinced Armen Ashotyan, representative of “The Republican Party of Armenia” that “the nation does not support his party”. Armen Ashotyan stated that Serge Sargsyan was the only candidate who had all chances to win.
“No one doubts our victory, even Mr Pashunyan, and that causes his nervous state. As to the democratic mechanisms, there are always alternatives”, said Armen Ashotyan.
The concerned parties talked about the Karabakh conflict. Nikol Pashinyan said that compromise was the only variant for reaching the settlement of the conflict. He said that Kocharyan was unable to do so since he had other objectives in coming to the power. Ashotyan responded that “the authorities were leading a correct policy”, since another sector of the opposition blamed the authorities for being too smooth.
“That sector is not an opposition; Robert Kocharyan came to power leaning on that sector and betrayed his principles. Among them is Zhirayr Sefilyan”, said Nikol Pashinyan and added that he respected Sefilyan’s case, which was also betrayed.
