NA ADOPTS THE BILL
Support A1+!June 29, 2007- The National Assembly endorsed the amendments to the laws “On Television and Radio” and “On State Duties” with 79 votes for, 16 votes against and 7 abstentions. The Orinats Yerkir members, as well as Victor Dallakyan, Khachatur Sukiasyan and Martun Grigoryan voted down the bill.
To remind, the adoption of the law implies termination of RFE/RL’s Armenian-language broadcasts on the Public radio.
