Suren Surenyants, a member of the Republic Party (Hanrapetutiun), reflected on the Impeachment Bloc representative Nikol Pashinyan’s initiative to hold rallies even for one citizen.

“Rallies cannot refer to one person. They are organized for people gathered at the square. Nikol Pashinyan is merely one of the initiators,” Surenyants said.

Surenyants explained their absence from the last rally rather by technical than by political grounds. He couldn’t say definitely how long the rallies would last. Surenyants suggested stopping them for some time “in order to come up with new ideas.”
