RAFFI HOVANNISIAN PUTS FORWARD HIS CANDIDATURE AGAIN
Support A1+!Raffi Hovannisian, the leader of the Heritage Party and the newly-elected NA deputy, has put forward his candidature at Precinct 15.
The scene is rather striking at the above-mentioned precinct as three Khachik Manukians are nominated here. One of them is the very Khachik Manukian who resigned from the mandate. He has been nominated by the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK).
The other two Khachik Manukians have been nominated by civil initiatives.
Totally 11 candidates are nominated at the precinct, among them Mnatsakan Mnatsakanyan, the mayor of Talin and member of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), Mekhak Mkhitaryan, a former Orinats Yerkir member, Emin Karapetyan, an employee of the National Security Service and Gurgen Shahinyan, a member of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun.
To remind, Republican Khachik Manukyan was elected on the majoritarian ticket during the May 12 parliamentary election. The by-election is due on August 26.
