NA Speaker Tigran Torosyan considered the absence of the Orinats Yerkir and the Heritage from the NA first session illogical. “Offence is a non-political category. Our absence was aimed at drawing attention to the NA Speaker's illegal behaviour. Any faction despite its number is worth respect. They seem to have forgotten the fact,” Larisa Alaverdyan, the Heritage member, said in reply to Tigran Torosyan.
According to Larisa Alaverdyan Tigran Torosyan should be aware of the order of mandate delivery. As for Torosyan's statement that NA is the working place for all forces, Larisa Alaverdyan said, “Deputies are to show their passes before entering the working place. Torosyan's words come to prove that the NA Speaker is still young and does not master the relevant skills and terminology while speaking of the factions.”
