RoA ex Foreign Minister Alexander Arzumanyan has appealed to European Court of Human Rights. He states that his rights to freedom, immunity and freedom of expression have been violated. The rights are stipulated by Articles 5 and 10 of the Convention on “Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms”

Alexander Arzumanyan was arrested on May 8. He is accused of money laundering.
