NOTHING WILL CHANGE POLITICAL SCENE

Politics

The country will not face a constitutional crisis even if the two oppositional parties elected to the parliament refuse or lay down their mandates.

“By-election and re-voting are excluded in either cases. Nothing extraordinary will happen, merely, the seats will remain vacant,” Hrayr Tovmasyan, a candidate of legal science, told A1+.

Many assume that Raffi Hovannisian, the leader the Heritage Party, and Arthur Baghdasaryan, the leader of the Orinats Yerkir Party, had better put down their mandates.
