Though Ruzan Harutyunyan’s/proxy of the Hnchakyan Party/ has informed the commission members, they refused to make a protocol.
According to the party’s Press Service, 1 proportional ballot and 3 majority ballots have remained at Precinct 2/34. Two proportional ballots have disappeared.
