VICTOR DALLAKYAN APPLIED TO POLICE STATION
Support A1+!On May 11, Victor Dallakyan, running for the parliamentary elections on the majoritarian list, applied to the police station. He clams that a Vahan Harutyunyan has been intimidating Siranush Aghvanyan, Dalakyan’s proxy at Precinct N24, Vanadzor. Moreover, the same person has been “chasing” Victor Dallakyan since May 11 in a white car 36 LS 257.
Today morning the same Vahan Harutyunyan was trying to fake the elections at school 6. He had ordered the presentees to turn the ballot-boxes upside down. Gayane Galoyan, Viktor Dallakyan’s proxy at the precinct, passed the data. The latter had noticed someone photographing a ballot by a mobile phone.
“I immediately informed Minas Sayadyan, the constituency chairperson, of the election fraud. When Sayadyan arrived at school, everything was normal,” Mr Dallakyan informed A1+.
The police interrogated both Victor Dallakyan and Vahan Harutyunyan. The latter is a National Unity Party representative. “In my opinion, NUP representatives sold the commission seats to Vahram Baghdasaryan and to the Republican Party. I am sure that Artashes Geghamyan is unaware of these events,” Victor Dallakyan says.
Alexan Karapetyan, the head of the NUP pre-election headquarters refuted the data saying that it is a mere slander and doesn’t correspond to the reality. What is the use of selling the seats? Are we enemies. I respect Victor Dallakyan and think that someone has led him to delusion.
