Voting began in all constituencies of RoA. An A1+ journalist was present at the opening of N2/09 precinct in Nor Nork. The commission memberes’ responsibilities were defined by drawing lots afterwards they commenced their duties. The number of voters in the precinct is 1809 and everything was quiet during our journalist’s visit in the morning.

First voters were those citizens who had to go to work and they told our journalist that they were anticipating changes in their lives after the election. As of 9:00 25 citizens had voted.
