Azerbaijan's leading role in the region is determined by Heidar Aliyev's political will-power, Eduard Shevardnadze says.
“Heidar Aliyev was a unique personality. The country's acting president is also a wise person and Heidar Aliyev wasn't mistaken in his choice.”
