Yerevan—Today, May 3, Heritage's campaign caravan, led by Raffi K. Hovannisian, reached the marz of Lori, where the party's candidates and volunteers were warmly welcomed in Haghpat, Alaverdi, Dsegh, Vanadzor, Stepanavan, and Tashir. Especially crowded were the town hall meetings in Alaverdi and Vanadzor.

Also today, Heritage representatives participated in the Open Society Institute's unveiling of its newest booklet, "Political parties, outlooks, and positions," which took place at the Congress Hotel.

Subsequently, Heritage members attended "2007 Parliamentary Elections from the Perspective of the Development of Political Culture," which was organized at the Ararat Hotel by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and the Civil Society and Regional Development Institute.

In other campaign news, Heritage volunteers were denied entry to a popular public market in Yerevan. "This is my market," said the self-proclaimed owner. "You can complain to whomever you want."
