Tigran Torosyan, the RoA NA Speaker, sent letters of condolence to Boris Grizlov, the Speaker of the RF State Duma and Sergey Mironov, the Chairman of the RF Federal Council of the RF Federal Assembly over the decease of Boris Yeltsin, the RF first President.

“I mourn over the decease of Boris Yeltsin, the first President of the Russian Federation. Boris Yeltsin had great share in the enhancement of the Armenia-Russia relations and in the establishment of democracy in the Russian Federation. I condole with the Russian people over the loss of the outstanding state figure.”
