REPUBLICANS WON'T USE BLACK PR

Only three parties were present during today’s briefings; Republicans, ARF Dashnaktsutyun and Justice. While speaking of the election campaigns, Galoust Sahakyan, leader of the Republican Party, assured their party won’t be guided by black PR; they will merely introduce their programs to the public.

ARF Dashnaktsutyun will run for the parliament under the motto, “Dashnaktsutyun is our old friend”. The party will even have a pre-election song. Hrayr Karapetyan, leader of ARFD faction, didn’t name the author and performer of the song; he only noted that the party has got many adherents and acquaintances among the RA singers.

PEOPLE'S PARTY WON'T SUPPORT CANDIDATES DEFAMING THE PARTY

People's Party of Armenia is not insured against black PR. The party is currently subject to slander and libel by certain oppositional forces. Today, Stepan Zakaryan, secretary of the party, announced that People's Party won't back up the candidates of the All-Armenian National Movement and “Alternative” as “they take every possible measure to defame People's Party”. People's party will monitor the elections as they have proxies in the commissions.

“Provided the money distributed in the pre-election period were passed to a fund it would be possible to realise efficient campaign on the Karabakh conflict settlement”, maintains Stepan Zakaryan.

ARE KILLERS BORN IN SERIOUS CIRCLES?

Galoust Sahakyan doesn't find it weird that the pre-election headquarters of Sashik Sargsyan, Serge Sargsyan's brother, will be headed by Suren Khachatryan, /nicknamed Liska, marzpet of Syunik/. As for the fact that Hayk Israyelyan and Republican member Levon Sargsyan are accused of the assassination of tax official Shahen Hovasapyan, Galoust Sahakyan said, “Each of us has got serious circles and it is difficult to say where the criminals are born”.
