Support A1+!The trial of editor-in-chief of newspaper “Agos” Hrant Dink who was killed three weeks ago has restarted in the court of Shishli district of Istanbul. Dink was accused under the Article 301 of the Turkish Criminal Code for insulting Turkishness.
The case against Dink was initiated three years ago after one of his articles was commented as “offence to Turkishness”. Dink was recognized guilty and sentenced to six months’ imprisonment.
