Support A1+!«The sides have found common approaches to the main elements of the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict, but they are still discussing technical elements», announced US Co-Chair of the Minsk group Mathew Bryza in Baku, Azeri Mass Media report.
He claimed that the scenario of the settlement of the Kosovo conflict will not become a precedent in the settlement of the Karabakh conflict. According to him, «each conflict in the world is unique, and each of them must be treated separately».
Speaking about the perspectives of the settlement of the Karabakh conflict this year, Bryza said that the situation is a bit complicated in connection with the upcoming Parliamentary elections, and «in these circumstances the sides must be careful».
