NEGOTIATIONS IN “CONSTRUCTIVE ATMOSPHERE”

On January 23 the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Vartan Oskanian and Elmar Mammadyarov met in Moscow under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk group Co-Chairs.

The key issues of the meeting were the consideration of the principles of the conflict settlement and the details of the document.

The negotiations waere held in “constructive atmosphere”. The sides agreed upon the next meeting.

The meeting of the FMs will be followed by the visit of the OSCE Minsk group Co-Chairs to the region scheduled on January 24.

RA Foreign Ministry has revealed no more details of the meeting.
