CC DECLARED LAW ON PARTIES ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL
Support A1+!Today the session of the RA Constitutional Court took place where RA Ombudsman Armen Haroutyunyan appealed points N2 and 3 of the second part of the 31st article of the RA Law on Parties. According to the Ombudsman, they did not correspond to the second part of the 28th article and first part of the 43rd article of the RA Constitution.
The Constitutional Court declared the above mentioned points, as well as several other provisions of the 31st article of the law, anti-constitutional.
