ROBERT KOCHARYAN’S TEAM IS SMALLER THAN THAT OF KARAPETYAN
Support A1+!The most cherished dream of Tigran Karapetyan, the leader of ALM Holding and the People’s Party, is to be “the son of the homeland”, he told a news conference in “Urbat” club today.
In order to deserve the title of the “the son of the homeland” he spares no effort. For example, he mentioned proudly that during the December 4 “VIP” TV competition their TV company was the only participant from Armenia and won the award “Golden Crown”. According to Tigran Karapetyan, he did it solely for his homeland. Nevertheless, he is sure that his efforts were not valued as no one met them in the airport and no TV company covered that event.
The other patriotic step, according to Tigran Karapetyan, is the “team work” of his TV company. “We have no author's programs. Whatever we do, we do together”, says Mr. Karapetyan. The same patriotism made him enter the politics field and strive to be part of the authorities. «This does not mean that it is the aim of my life. Nevertheless, I will participate in all the elections. I officially announce that I will not form part of any alliance. I will put forward my candidacy during the Presidential elections and try to do my best», he said.
Tigran Karapetyan wants to become President of the country, but he does not underestimate the acting President or other candidates. He mentioned that Robert Kocharyan has his team, a group of people only, but the team of the President must be the whole nation and all the parties.
As for Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan, according to Tigran Karapetyan, he has abilities of a leader, but all the same, the last word must be said by the people.
As for himself, Karapetyan claims he does everything in order to do people good and to gain their trust.
