ALIEV: “KHARABAKH WILL NEVER PROCLAIM INDEPENDENCE”
Support A1+!“It is not late to consider the interests of Armenia in our proposals, that's to say, Karabakh can be granted sovereignty. In future this chance might disappear”, Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan, announced today.
Aliev assumes that the RA authorities make amusing and instigating announcements canceling the negotiation procedure deliberately, reports Day.Az.
“Nagorno Karabakh will never be given independence, the announcements of the RA authorities are false”, says Ilham Aliev.
He urged the Armenian side to be constructive and not usurp the parliamentary elections. Aliev is convinced that Armenians are confused by the reinforcement of Azerbaijan. “Azerbaijan leads Armenia six times with its economic indexes. In future this index will increase still more. The state budget of Azerbaijan is ten times larger than that of Armenia. Only our military budget is equal to the whole budget of Armenia”, added Aliev.
The President of Azerbaijan also noted that the Armenian side has worsened the situation via holding constitutional referendum. “The policy directed to Azerbaijan gives its fruitful effect. The military potential and political bases of the country have strengthened more. The universal community pays attention to Azerbaijan's opinion. We shall come to the just settlement of the conflict”.
