During the October 29 elections about 19 thousand of the 75 thousand electors participated in the elections.
13 930 electors voted for Rouben Hovsepyan.
The rest of the votes were distributed as follows: 1920 electors voted for Ishkhan Arshakyan, and 2416 – for Gagik Sargsyan. According to the information service of the Central Electoral Committee, 654 ballots were invalid.
