At present in the NA special session RA Public Prosecutor Aghvan Hovsepyan is representing his mediation “to involve NA deputy Hakob Hakobyan in the case as accused”. 98 deputies are present at the session. By the way, Hakob Hakobyan is accused not only of hooliganism but also of avoiding paying taxes and several other crimes.

It is noteworthy that if the Parliament endorses the Prosecutor’s mediation, it does not mean that Hakobyan will be arrested at once. The police will have the right to question him. Hakobyan himself refused to participate in the session.
