By the decision of the Georgian borders protection department the number of the border points in the Georgian part of the Armenian-Georgian border has been increased. A new point has been opened in the village of Kalinino, region Ninotsminda.

At the same time control over the Georgian part of the Georgian-Turkish border has been weakened. By the way, there are fewer soldiers on duty near the Georgian-Turkish border than servicemen near the Armenian-Georgian border. It is noteworthy that the former is longer than the latter, agency «A-Info» informs.
