Today it became known in the National Assembly that the deputies who quitted the OYP are going to unite in a new deputy group. The name of the new group will be “Gortsarar” (“Businessman.”) Tigran Torosyan, NA deputy president informed about it today and read the announcement of the group,
“having general notion of the recent developments in the country and in order to participate more actively and more organized in the political and economic life as well as in order to exert out possibilities to full extent we set up a new deputy group “Businesman”.
This means that the NA deputies openly breach the Constitution and don’t conceal the fact that they are businessmen. The group is headed by businessman Grigor Margaryan known as “the Bilajo Grisha” and the secretary is Mekhak Mkhitaryan.
Today the parliament finally accepted the resignations of the OYP representatives from the posts of Presidents of Standing Committees. According to the established order after a resignation is submitted the Parliament is to wait for three days and in case the resignation is not taken back it must be supported. Let us remind you that Mher Shahgeldyan submitted a resignation from his post, the President of the Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs and Gagik Mkheyan, another member of OYP, resigned from the post of the President of the Standing Committee on Social affairs, Health Care and Environment.
