ALIEV GAVE THE USA DIRECTIONS IN CONFLICT SETLLEMENT

“Once more Aliev reminded that the Azri patience is not boundless and advised the Armenian authorities to contemplate over Armenia’s state in 5,10 and 15 years’ time lest the conflict is settled. Aliev presented the USA, the OSCE Minsk group co-chair, his own version of the conflict settlement; “The residents of Nagorno - Karabakh have the right to high sovereignty in the framework of the territorial wholeness of Azerbaijan which is apparent in many other countries including the European countries. They must be given distinct political guarantees that the peace in the region will be everlasting.”
By the way, according to the “Itar Tass” agency OSCE Minsk group American co-chair Steven Mann urged, “It is important not to attempt to solve the current issues immediately and finally. Now you must try to go ahead step by step and leave certain complicated matters for the future.”
Aliev will meet US President Gorge Bush on April 28.
