In today’s Government session presided over by President Robert Kocharyan a decision was made to liquidate the NAS “Medical Genetic Centre” the chief of which was the NAS ex chairman Fadey Sargsyan’s daughter.
The decision complies with the RA laws on “State and Non Governmental Organizations” and on “Legal deeds” The NAS chairman is to form a liquidating committee which will include the representatives of State Tax Service adjacent to the RA Government, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance and Economy and the representatives of the State Property Management Board. The liquidating committee is to estrange the property (including the VAT) estimated 15 million 206 thousand 447 AMD market price by direct sale and to send the money to the State budget and to return the property of total 3 milliard 451 thousand 43 AMD donated by the “Gyulbekyan Fund” to the same establishment without any compensation.
WORK WILL START IN THE REGION WITH SCARCE FORESTS
The Government affirmed the forest recovery complex program of the RA Shirak marz. The program is aimed at creating and providing favourable conditions for inhabitants’ health by means of improving forest scarce places and recovering deforesting areas. On this score certain measures are to be taken; the seeding productivity is to be increased, the environment balance must be regulated and the irrigation system must be reconstructed. The emphasis was laid on the public awareness.
THE CHANGE OF WORKING DAYS AND HOLIDAYS
The Government decided to change May 8 working day with May 6 to commemorate the Victory and Peace day.
