THE PARLIAMENT DID NOT ADOPT AN AGENDA

The session convened in NA after a 20-minute pause lasted only ten minutes. NA deputy speaker Vahan Hovhannisyan who presided over the session asked the deputies to vote only for themselves. The 51 deputies present in the hall managed to provide 70 votes.

2 issues of the agenda were adopted this way. But thanks to the efforts of Arshak Sadoyan and Vahan Hovhannisyan the deputies stopped voting for their colleagues. As a result, the first part of the agenda of the four-day session was not adopted.

Viktor Dallakyan offered to vote once more. The offer was naturally rejected by Vahan Hovhannisyan. This time the faction of the United Labor party asked a 20-minute pause taking into account the fact that they cannot adopt the agenda with so few deputies. They hoped to “bring” more deputies to the hall in 20 minutes.

By the way, it has already been announced in the NA that starting from the next sitting the deputies will vote will cards.
