Geghamyan asked why the Armenian National Security Service did not say anything about it and answered his question himself, “Because high state officers are involved in the business”.
Geghamyan informed Kocharyan that they are worried about the country, that’s why they are ready to negotiation with the authorities on tensionless change of authorities. “For this purpose we are ready to negotiate with Robert Kocharyan and Serge Sargsyan live”, Artashes Geghamyan said.
