After fully eliminating the remnants of the more than ten thousand khachqars and removing them from the ancient Armenian cemetery, according to the eyewitnesses, in early March of the current year the Azeri soldiers turned the area into a military shooting-range.

The photos spread by the RA Foreign Ministry show that the Old Julfa cemetery no more exists, deserving the fate of the Plomboz Church, the St. Savior’s Church and the Church “Red”
