“Azerbaijan must understand that while the negotiations for the settlement of the Karabakh conflict are prolonging, the de facto independent status of Karabakh is gradually being recognized by the international community”, the head of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Armen Roustamyan told “A1+”.

“Time does its work. Time cannot harm this one ore that, but we are in a blockade and still we manage to strengthen our economy. We must enhance our inner resources and the country itself, so that Azerbaijan understands that they cannot solve the problem by the military way”, Mr. Roustamyan says.
