NKR QUESTION HEARD IN OSCE
Support A1+!RA Foreign Ministry Vardan Oskanyan took part in the session of OSCE Standing Council and appeared there with a speech and comments.
Vardan Oskanyan presented the results of Rambouillet meeting and the afterward situation. Presenting Armenia's position the regulation of the question Vardan Oskanyan assured that Armenia is ready to display necessary decisiveness and political will to solve the question peacefully and with mutual concessions.
The minister, estimating various comments sounded recently expressed concern about statements of Azerbaijani party, which do not promote the progress of negotiations on the background of reached agreements. The announcements regarding waiting for auspicious times for Azerbaijan and even solving the question by dint of war are at variance with nature and spirit of Prague process, the minister said. And those principles are quite real today and give a chance to fix progress.
Minister stressed that favourable public atmosphere must be formed.
