On February 28 officials from RA Police 6th department against organized criminality without relevant allowance. The deputy suspected that whatever happened was connected not with his previous business but civil position, particularly not taking his signature back from the suit on Byuzand case.
Yesterday the RA Police spread a message, according to which the deputy’s flat had been searched on suspicion of illegal business undertakings. A citizen Aramayis Araqelyan, being under the same suspicion, «pointed» at the deputy's house. According to the message, materials are prepared on the case in the RA Police.
NA Chairman stated today that Gagik Avetyan is an unbiased man of principle, and in case of being led by such philosophy more than 50 000 people making sell and purchase in the fair must be arrested. Arthyur Baghdasaryan thinks that the Constitution, number of statutes of Criminal Procedural Code have been violated, as it's prohibited to search a citizen's house without permission. «This is another signal to clear up RA laws, including NA regulations. I think prosecution towards the deputy must be stopped immediately», Arthur Baghdasaryan said, noting that corresponding discussions must be held with representatives of the police, e. g. in NA Defense, National Security and Home Affairs commission to find out the details of the incident and to give an irrefragable answer.
