“ARMENIA MUST GIVE UP THE NEGOTIATIONS”
Support A1+!Armenia's renunciation of the process of negotiations turns to be the only way for Artsakh to join the negotiations. This is, at least, the opinion of President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arkadi Ghoukasyan, expressed to «Azatutyun» radio-station.
«As long as Armenia talks to Azerbaijan without Nagorno Karabakh, Azerbaijan will never agree to talk to Karabakh», - Arkadi Ghoukasyan said.
The President of NKR mentioned that Azerbaijan is certainly interested in negotiating only with Armenia, «as they have a good propaganda effect from that format: it's easy to prove tah Armenia is an aggressor and has occupied Azerbaijan's territories».
«I have a formula: when Azerbaijan talks only to Armenia it realizes propaganda. And when Azerbaijan starts talking to Nagorno Karabakh that will be a signal for me, that Azerbaijan is trying to regulate the problem”, Arkadi Ghoukasyan stressed.
