National Demopcratic party of Azebaijan intends to present to Safarov's family diploma «For contribution to the defence of state and national interests», day.az informs.
«It's all the same to me how Ramil Safarov killed the Armenian officer. The most important thing is that a Gourgen is removed. The more Armenians are killed by Azeris, the fewer Armenians will be», leader of National Democratic party Iskander Hamidov said.
