The RF President Vladimir Putin has created a working group to process a state plan to return their compatriots living abroad to their homeland. According to “Regnum”, the working group is presided over by the President’s advisor Viktor Ivanov.
According to the Russian legislation, the “compatriots” are the people born in the Russian Empire, and USSR, the Russian Federation and their heirs, without ethnic, religious or other differences.
