WHO WILL THE OMBUDSMAN DEFEND?

He repeated once again that the Human rights Defender is not a Defender anymore once he/she passes from legal to political dimension. This was answer to deputy Aghasi Arshakyan's question: what is the difference between public prosecutor and ombudsman, and will he have enough courage not to keep silent while defending the society from the authorities? The candidate repeated that the Ombudsman must act in the lawful field.
After a break fractions will appear with speeches and two candidates will come up with conclusive talks. The Human rights Defender will be elected by secret vote.
