Today in London the negotiations of the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict started. The SOCE Minsk group co-chairs Steven Mann (USA), Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia) and Bernard Fassier (France) met the RA Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan and the Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov separately.

Late in the evening a joint meeting will take place.
