JUSTICE BLOC TO APPEAL TO CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
Support A1+!Today the sitting of Justice bloc took place. Leaders of NDP and NDU Shavarsh Qocharyan and Vazgen Manoukyan were not present at the meeting.
As Mr. Manoukyan marked their absence has only technical reasons, «he learnt about the hour of the sitting too late». Leader of «Hanrapetoutyun» party Aram Sargssyan didn't take part in the sitting either, the party was presented by member of political council Gegham Haroutyunyan.
«It was decided to appeal to Constitutional Court in connection with Robert Kocharian's anti-constitutional decision as regards ombudsman's staff activities», - secretary of NDP Stepan Minasyan noted.
27 signatures are acquired to appeal to CC. Justice bloc has only 14 deputies and it’ll take them a had work to gather 13 more signatures.
The discussion of ombudsman’s candidature is expected when ombudsman's report is presented.
