During the London meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as during their meeting with the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs no draft agreement about the Karabakh conflict will be discussed. The OSCE Minsk group Russian co-chair Yuri Merzlyakov has informed the Azeri Trend agency about it.

Speaking about the London meeting on January 18-19, the diplomat has informed that the sides will speak about the issues which were discussed but not agreed upon yet. According to him, the draft agreement about the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict can be prepared only in case an agreement is reached about main principles.

At the same time, according to him, during the meeting the sides will also discuss «certain offers and formulation of separate issues». “Naturally, the coming meeting of the Presidents will also be discussed. WE evaluate this meeting as a preparation for the meeting of the Presidents of the countries”, Merzlyakov said.

According to him, after this meeting the place and the date of the February meeting of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan will be announced.
