THE OPPOSITION DOES NOT RENOUNCE THE IDEA OF CHANGE OF AUTHORITIES
Support A1+!“What does it mean – evolution or revolution? What we say is that we must eliminate the present government; we must not wait for the year 2007, and we must do it as quickly as possible. But we do not say that the change of authorities must be today or tomorrow”, the head of the Justice bloc Stepan Demirchyan said in answer to the question of A1+.
He thinks that the actions of the bloc must be agreed with each other. “All the issues must be discussed in the bloc. We say that we will participate only in the meetings which are either organized by us or agreed with us”. According to Stepan Demirchyan, the People's Party will not participate in the works of the Committee «Armenia» as he is against hasty decisions.
The head of the National Unity party Artashes Geghamyan is also against spontaneous and unorganized meetings. He informed A1+ that their political predictions usually come true which adds to their reputation. Artashes Geghamyan also mentioned that «He truly respects the leaders of the 17+1 format».
Stepan Demirchyan thinks that the change of authorities must be carried out as soon as possible, and Artashes Geghamyan noted, «If anyone tries to make a prediction of that kind when the Karabakh conflict still needs settling, I will qualify it as political hastiness. In the situation created our main aim must be not to suffer serious losses because of the authorities. As for the change of authorities, only the developments in the country, the region and the world can tell us when it will be».
