Central election committee spread information today as regards complaints of representatives of “17+1” union on violations during constitutional referendum.

The comittee also advised the opposition «to read RA Electoral Code paying attention especially to the 5-th paragraph of 40-th article, according to which the decisions of electIonl committee actions or inaction of election comittee and/or its members may be appealed against after voicing the decision, discovering the violation in two days period.
