He stated that 7 members of the Central Electoral Commission are criminals, who violating the law “On Referendum” published the final outcome of the referendum not 7 but 2 days after the referendum and the complaints submitted by his were rejected over this reason. Ruben Torosyan said that secretary of the Central Commission Hamlet Abrahamyan has presented false information and as a matter of fact complaints submitted by him and the observing group of 17+1 format were rejected by the court.
Ruben Torosyan is going to bring a suit against the international organizations that violated the RA laws. He has already sent a letter of complaint to the most active participants of the campaign, U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Evans.
