TV COMPANIES CONTROLLED FROM «ABOVE»

He also added that ARF too has been defending his ideas about the Constitution since 1995, but he refused the idea that there are 2 realized powers in Armenia, «There are 3 ideologies and 60 parties in Armenia».
According to Spartak Seyranyan, whoever wanted to get acquainted with the amendments had that possibility. Referring to the highlighting of the amendments Mr. Seyranyan mentioned that the TV Companies have highlighted the agitation more than the amendments.
Recalling the results of the monitoring chief editor of the «Aravot» newspaper Aram Abrahamyan mentioned that printed press was more unbiased than the TV Companies, «TV Companies whisper the «Yes» into the people's ears as they are all controlled by the President's residence, or Armen Gevorgyan, to be more exact». Despite this fact, today not many people read newspapers
At the end of the debate its participants tried to predict the course and outcome of the referendum. According to Spartak Seyranyan, everything to be peaceful, and the amendments will be adopted. Aram Abrahamyan gave a more detailed answer, “In the afternoon old people will be taken to the electoral areas in cars in order to secure quorum, but it will not be secured as indifferent people are much more. At 08:00 p.m. the areas will be closed. 50% of the confidants will be bribed, and the rest will try to resist. After the referendum meetings will take place the activists of which will arrested and fined. Then peace will come”.
