The appeal authors consider that parallel with the reformation of the legislation we still meet some facts featuring totalitarian state structures. “One of the above mentioned structures is the jail of the RA Military Police. By order of the RA Military Prosecutor people who are sentenced to imprisonment are still kept there. Keeping of people in the cell violated a number of RA laws. We appeal to pay attention to this reality and put an end to illegal and criminal activities,” the statement says.
