OPPOSITION TO NUMBER THE ELECTORS
Support A1+!“The opposition has never been so united as during this pre-election campaign”, announced head of the “Democratic Homeland” Petros Makeyan during the press conference in the Gyumri Journalists’ club “Asparez”.
Mr. Makeyan even brought the example of the Armenian Pan-National Movement and the Communists Party which have been united in the opposition field. He is convinced that the results of this referendum will be forged too. According to him, the authorities can secure 250-300 thousand truly positive votes during the referendum, “and the other 500 thousand will be forged”.
Petros Makeyan assured the residents of Gyumri that whatever the outcome of the referendum is revolution is inevitable, “If “Yes”, the results are forged, if “No”, people express their non-confidence to the authorities”. According to Makeyan, the change of the strategy of the opposition has two reasons: the agitation is held with violations, and even while saying “No” people secure quorum.
During his visit to Gyumri Petros Makeyan promised that on November 27 the opposition will control the course of the referendum and will number every elector.
