Three days ago while calling on the people for a civil disobedience the leader of the Heritage party Raffi Hovannisian mentioned only the day of the event. Today it has been decided that the “Civil meeting” will start on November 25 at 13:00 p.m. near the Opera House.

Raffi Hovannisian’s call says, “I call on all the citizens of the Republic of Armenia, irrespective of their political preferences, religion or nationality. We are a society all together; we are a society of citizens, a civic society. Our non-participation in this political play will be a civil disobedience, the first, but not the last way of our peaceful struggle. After that, as we have promised, we shall together form the Constitution which Armenia and its people deserve – following the values of democracy and human rights”.
