RUSTMYAN’S ARMENIA BLEEDING
Support A1+!Today a meeting with Armen Rustamyan was organized in the Linguistic University after Brusov. The students for most part showed interest in the provision on dual citizenship.
The answer surprised the students. “We try to correctly use the energy of the Diaspora. There are Armenians of Diaspora, who are much better than the citizens of our own country. Lifting the taboo of dual citizenship the state undertakes new responsibilities,” he said adding that thousands of Armenian citizens refuse from citizenship presently. “We are bleeding, you know,” he said.
One of the lectors raised the issue of limitation of free competition, what appears as nonsense in the world economy. Armen Rustamyan confirmed that the reviewed constitution calls for some limitations of economic activities but could not explain what these provisions were elaborated for. He tried to explain that political monopoly can bring to economic monopoly. The constitution adopted in 1995 promoted monopoly of the individuals protected by the authorities. “We will eliminate monopoly in politics,” Rustamyan resumed.
