“YES” IN THE UNIVERSITIES
Support A1+!Today the Constitutional reforms were discussed in two higher educational institutions – The Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema, and the Yerevan State Pedagogical University.
Member of the ARF, deputy Rouben Hovsepyan was in the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema. The students were mainly interested in the issues of dual citizenship, the authorizations of the President, the changes of the borders, the status of Yerevan, etc.
In the Yerevan State Pedagogical University the scene was different. If in the first Institute the majority of the students had left the hall long before the meeting was over, here all the doors were closed. Galoust Sahakyan from the Republican party and Levon Mkrtchyan from the ARF, as well as the rector of the University made speech here.
In both institutions the heads of the Students' Councils accompanied the guests. The participants of the agitation called on the students to go to the Referendum and say «Yes» to the draft. In the Pedagogical University the questions and the answers were exactly the same.
Although the guests said that they did not mean to agitate their approaches and ideas, at the end of the meeting they informed that they will say «Yes».
