FELIX KHACHATRYAN, «GROUND IS PREPARED TO FORGE THE REFERENDUM»
Support A1+!«Everyone understands perfectly what I mean, they simply pretend that they don't», the representative of the Justice bloc to the Central Electoral Committee Felix Khachatryan announced after the Committee session.
Today Mr. Khachatryan expressed his discontent with three of the two issues included in the CEC agenda. Nevertheless, his discontent was no obstacle for the issues to be confirmed. Today the Committee confirmed the form of the ballots.
Before the ratification Mr. Khachatryan announced that the ballots are transparent which contradicts to the law. The head of the Committee Garegin Azaryan announced that up to now all the elections have been held with the ballots made of the same paper, but after Mr. Khachatryan insisted, he offered to make the paper a little darker.
The other issue included in the agenda was «about the formation of the protocols of the results of the referendum by the Committees in the electoral areas». The only person against was Felix Khachatryan. He announced, «This is one of the important mechanisms of control. Two issues have been joint in one which leads to the forging of the referendum».
