LABOR INSPECTION TO REPLENISH BUDGET
Support A1+!During 2.5 months the state labor inspection revealed financial violations totaling in 90 million AMD.
According to Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Aghvan Vardanyan, the funds brought in by the service will several times exceed the one allocated to it by the state. 90 million AMD was revealed after carrying out inspections in 150-160 organizations and payment of salaries.
During the press conference the Minister presented a 35-minute report on the activities of the department. “If we put aside the present social and economic situation, all the matters in the social sphere are settled”, he noted. In his words the budget will make 54.1 billion AMD (without pension), the sum with 8 billion exceeding the one of 2005. Next year the salary of civil servants, pensions and benefits will be raised. The minimal salary will make 15 000 AMD.
Within the program framework Aghvan Vardanyan stressed the importance of returning the deposits. In his opinion several months are essential to find out who needs the benefits most of all. According to the Minister a citizen, who had 10 000 soviet rubles will receive a sum amounting in $840.
Aghvan Vardanyan also informed that he is going to agitate for constitutional amendments.
